Sir Paul Mccartney - Mccartneys Marriage Officially Over

SIR PAUL MCCARTNEY's marriage to HEATHER MILLS has officially ended.

A judge at the High Court in London pronounced a decree nisi on Monday (12May08).

Neither the former Beatle or Mills were in court to learn their marriage had been terminated.

MCCartney and Mills reached a divorce settlement in March (08) when a London court awarded Mills $48.6 million (GBP24.3 million).

The couple split in May 2006 and have a four-year-old daughter, Beatrice.
